Selected for Uwharrie Chair products are finish colors which exhibit a hand
crafted, folk art quality. Individual pieces are hand painted and lightly sanded
to simulate an antique, weathered appearance. Upon request, pieces can be
painted with no distressing. Product crafted of Pressure Treated Pine is
also available as
a "wash" in which pieces are lightly painted and heavily
sanded to resemble a transparent, extremely weathered look.
